To proceed with the verification of your profile, please follow the steps below to upload your eKYC documents via your Client Area:
e-KYC application (Required)

After completing the application, deposits and trading can proceed as usual. A notification will appear showing that some features may be limited. 'Click here to verify your profile' to start the e-KYC process and follow all steps, including the required face verification. After completion and KYC approved, client will be granted a full access to all features.

- The client must consent to Shufti Pro Limited using and processing their personal and biometric data, and confirm that they are 18 years or older.

3. After consenting, the client must select one of the following document types:
- Passport
- National ID
- Driver’s License

4. After selecting the document type, the system will show clear guidelines on how to submit the document.

5. The client can submit the document using any of the following options:
- Take a video of the document using their device camera/laptop
- Take a photo using the camera

Upload the document from their device

6. If client selecting 'Upload', the client can submit documents in the following supported formats: PDF, Video, or Photo.

- After uploading, clicks Next.
- Client will then need to complete a liveness check, which only takes a few seconds.
- Once completed, the verification process is done.
Verification via Mobile (Recommended)

Alternatively, the client can complete the entire process using their mobile phone, which is often easier.

- From the initial page, client can either scan the QR code or copy the link and open it on their phone. Client will complete the same verification steps on mobile. Once submitted, the system will automatically sync with the platform.
3. Verification Time: The e-KYC process typically takes around 2 minutes. If the client has failed verification via e-KYC, they will be given an option to submit document manually
Onboarding General Information
Residency & Nationality
- Clients whose residency falls under Risk 3 are restricted from continuing the registration

Clients with nationality listed under Risk 3 are allowed to proceed with registration only if they choose residency in Risk 1 or 2
Age Requirement
- Clients below 18 years old are not allowed to register from the beginning.
- Clients aged 75 years old and above are not eligible for standard e-KYC and must undergo manual KYC.ated, and you'll be fully verified!
