Setting up 2FA on your account is quick and straightforward. Follow the steps below to get started.
Step 1: Go to Profile
On the left-hand menu, click on Profile to expand the dropdown menu.

Step 2: Select Two-Factor Authentication
Under the Profile section, click on Two-Factor Authentication.

Step 3: Enable 2FA
On the Two-Factor Authentication page, click the "Enable two-factor authentication via Google Authenticator" button.

Don't have an authenticator app yet? You can use any of the following:
- 📱 Google Authenticator — [Android] | [iOS]
Step 4: Scan the QR Code
A QR code will appear on screen. Open your preferred authenticator app and scan the QR code to link it to your account.
Step 5: Enter the Verification Code
Enter the 6-digit code generated by your authenticator app to confirm and complete the setup.
Step 6: 2FA Successfully Enabled
Once confirmed, 2FA will be active on your account and you will be required to enter a verification code each time you log in.
⚠️ Important Notice: 12-Hour Cooling-Off PeriodA 12-hour cooling-off period will be automatically triggered whenever any of the following security-related changes are made to your account:Account ChangeCooling-Off TriggeredPassword change✅ YesEmail address change✅ YesPhone number change✅ Yes2FA enabled or disabled✅ Yes2FA backup code generated or regenerated✅ YesDuring this period, withdrawals and third-party transfers will be temporarily restricted. You may continue to access and use your account normally. All functions will resume once the 12-hour period has elapsed.
