Resetting Trading Account Password
- The client can log into the User Portal account, go to the “Homepage“. Click on Accounts from the trader’s menu, then Click on “Account Overview“.
- Select the relevant Live Account and click on “Vista” to reset the password
3. In the “View” page, Click on “Change” next to Trading Platform Password or Investor Password
4. Then chose Email and click on continue
5. Lastly, you will receive an email containing the PIN to reset your password. Please enter the new password along with the PIN from the email, then click ‘Continue’
