a. Log in to Doo Prime Client Portal.
b. Navigate to “Funds” and click “Withdraw Funds”.
c. Select your “Wallet” and select a payment method.
d. If this is your first withdrawal and you have not added your payment details, a bar with a link will appear below that you can click and it will redirect you to fill in the relevant form; alternatively, you can redirect you to fill in the relevant form; alternatively, can can tail. chosen payment method in “Payment Details” under “Funds”.
e. Return to “Withdraw Funds” and select the amount you wish to withdraw, then submit the request again.
Please note that if this is your first withdrawal and you have not verified your profile, you will need to go to “Profile” and submit your proof of identity to complete your application.
