1. How do I participate in the promotion?

2. Am I eligible to participate in the Promotion?   

Participation is restricted to clients residing in Latin America (LATAM). A list of eligible countries includes Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela. "

3. What are the requirements to enter the raffle?   

To enter, you need to make a minimum deposit of 300 USD during the promotion period (April 7 to August 31, 2025). Additionally, you can earn raffle tickets through trading by completing 5 standard lots for each ticket. "

4. What activities contribute to earning raffle tickets?   

Raffle tickets are awarded based on closed orders of D Prime products. Every 5 standard lots traded will earn you one ticket. Note that lots from U.S., Hong Kong, Australia stocks, cryptocurrency, and mini spot indices are not counted. "

5. What prizes are available in the raffle?

6. How are raffle tickets allocated?   

Raffle tickets are allocated based on your trading volume. You will receive one ticket for every 5 standard lots traded. Remember, multiple accounts for duplicate entries are not allowed; each client can participate only once with one profile. "

7. What types of accounts are eligible for this promotion?   

Only MT4 and MT5 STP accounts are eligible. PAMM and Gold-i-MAM accounts are excluded from participation. You may use Expert Advisors and CopyTrading for trading activities. "

8. When will the raffle winners be announced?   

Winners will be randomly selected on September 8 , 2025, and notified via email within 7 days of the draw. 

9. What happens if a winner is found to be ineligible? 

If a winner is found ineligible, D Prime reserves the right to disqualify them and select another winner. "
